So finally we got down to posting another video on this blog page, and we're using some videos from youtube. But the students seem uninterested.

Lazy Facebookers try to Blog

So I was at work today when I noticed these two facebookers who were trying to learn the concept of Blogging. It was terrible I tell you, I felt so worried they would embarrass themselves because they were to paralyzed by facebooking. They only knew how to put a short sentence like a status, but they couldn't not express everything that they wanted to elaborate on.

Hooray for Bloggers because the facebook status does expire and becomes forgotten.

HERE I am

Yes I'm actually putting in a blog post for once.
Considering that every time I try to, I don't end up doing so. To make things worse, my Janime blog posts also are awaiting to be written and posted.
For obvious reasons I am lazy.
So the fact that I'm putting this in today is because I'm trying to show it to a classroom full of new potential bloggers, who may or may not destroy us all with their blogging attempts.

58 April Fools

Last night was indeed one of the best April Fools day I've had.

But due to work I had only targeted "Selected" groups with 3 simple pranks.
The first one I've had planned for many months... and that is getting Facebookers to wish me for my birthday. Yeah... Sure, like they didn't notice the "Hint" I had posted up. The hint being the Year, so obviously it wasn't my real birthday because at the age of 99 how the heck do you expect me to embrace facebook. Pranked 11 people.
The second also I had planned a while back but didn't get down to it until I had some free time this week. Youtubers or anyone from outside coming in and watching my New Video... which got them Rick Rolled. Since it's still the first of April in other parts of the world, the view count may still go up. Last checked, Pranked 14 people.

The final one was epic and a last minute idea. A lot of us wanted to get a DJ to sing on Maple-Radio, and I thought I could take the opportunity to trick the DJ into thinking they could snag me to sing on air. So I "Accidentally" said that I would sing if the DJ sang. And what do you know, everyone took the bait. So I recorded a song, sent it in, and when it aired, everyone listening in got Rick Rolled. And according to the listener count from the radio, it was 33 Listeners Pranked.

Not bad for pre-planned pranks. I didn't do a single "At the moment upfront live" April Fools trick to anyone, because too much work through the entire day. And it seems barely anyone attempted to prank me. Only 2 or 3 people tried but I was unaffected or too busy to bother with them. I assumed they may have been legit attempts to the tasks at hand but who knows.
But yeah, probably the best April fools day in Years for me.

A new Video... at least it's not 10 MONTHS OVER DUE!

YAY, I finished a new Video! And I'm going to upload it to My Youtube as soon as it's finished rendering.
This one showing my awesome experimenting in an attempt to get the render effect of a 3d Spell Counter.
It is NO EASY TASK, I'm serious that this God Dance it render is not as easy at it seems.
The sphere in which the spell counter symbol is in is a Solid, but you can see through it. It's 100% transparent on the front, but the inner walls are Solid. That part is easy to make, but the small glossy shine on the outside I cannot render properly. It's still some area that's new to me.

Wow, I blogged again... I must really not have anything to do.

Wait... what? I'm actually posting a REAL Blog post? WTHeart?

Seriously... I'm posting a REAL blog post.
Everyone knows I don't post news or 'blogs'...

So why now?
Only because I want to experiment and learn about this blogger thing.
And because I want to take part in a event for RayCity which needs me to post up a particular picture on my Blog page.

Why use this for just showing an I&E class when maybe I can use it for... um... wasting more of my valuable time.
So why not, I'll post up random things that waste my time here also... just like I do on Facebook and Youtube.

Meanwhile, if you're Sri Lankan, I highly recommend you sign up and start playing RayCity (from 8th of April onwards) because I want all Sri Lankans to show we're decent racers.

Well this is my first blog post on Blogger... why?
Because I teach an Internet and Email class... and I have to show how to make a Blogger account and how to post on blogger.
